Born and raised in England, Julie discovered a love of art
at a very young age. After studying Graphic Design and
Audio Visual Arts at college, she quickly found
employment in the exciting field of traditional animation
and has made this her career for the last eighteen years.
After living in London for several years, Julie was given
the opportunity to immigrate to America where she has
resided ever since. In both Europe and America, Julie has
worked on a number of animated feature films and
commercials.

During her time at college, she also developed a love of photography and has tried to
capture on film all that inspires her for many years. It was by chance that a friend
introduced her to the art of Polaroid Transfer photography, and Julie was instantly
captivated by the timeless and dreamlike quality attained by this hybrid art form.

has not prevented Julie from
searching for new and wonderful
ways to express herself through the
eye of a camera.
Julie gained her appreciation of
beauty, both natural and
hand-crafted, from the picturesque
landscape and quaint architecture of
the rural county she grew up in.
